Job summary

Work corp in Oman is seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to lead a team of masons on site in Khasab. You will ensure work is completed to high standards, monitor safety, and coordinate with project managers and engineers. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervision experience, strong knowledge of masonry materials and techniques, and the ability to read blueprints.

English is required; Arabic is a plus. Salary is 1100 USD per month.

Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and up to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
• Ensure that materials are used efficiently and according to project plans
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Train new masons and provide guidance and support to existing team members
• Plan work schedules and assign tasks to team members
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of projects
• Maintain a safe working environment for all team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry
• Excellent knowledge of different types of masonry materials, techniques, and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is preferred)
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this role.

Location: This position is based in Khasab, Oman.
