Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• GCC experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in medical industry preferred.
• Valid Oman driving license mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the medical supplies market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders to potential clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely execution.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions and opportunities.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant medical regulations.
• Uphold the professional image and reputation of the company in all customer interactions.
