- Articulate price positioning principles for each CEER vehicle in its segment, based on unique value proposition, direct competitors, and market share ambition.
- Continuously monitor price movements and industry evolution data for CEER and key competitors, formulating recommendations when deviations from strategic positioning occur.
- Interact with vendors contracted by CEER to provide pricing market data.
- Actively support preparation and approval of business plan updates (normally once a year, but ad‑hoc requests can occur at any time).
- Guard the customer value table and all retail prices of CEER vehicles and options; maintain PVA (price value analysis) of CEER vehicles vs. competitors (ICE and BEV).
- Develop grade‑walk proposals that motivate customers to upgrade their purchase.
- Monitor major new vehicle launches, their price positioning, and results.
- Support product managers when evaluating customer value for features and providing expert views on customer willingness to pay.
- Support the Product Marketing Director with the preparation of pricing or industry materials presented at relevant product events.
