Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. seeks a skilled Maintenance Planner to develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans for equipment and machinery. You will coordinate work orders, align maintenance with production schedules, and work with engineers and technicians to improve asset reliability.

The role focuses on safety, compliance, and data accuracy within the CMMS system, driving uptime and cost efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in maintenance field with 3+ years as a maintenance planner.
• Experience in an automotive/industrial setting is a plus.
• CMMS experience and strong planning abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance.
• Create and manage work orders in CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance and update equipment history.
