You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, make reservations, and assist with guest inquiries while collaborating with hotel staff to ensure smooth operations. The position includes visa, ticket, and accommodation support.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience.
• Excellent communication skills in Nepali; basic English language proficiency preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide recommendations and reservations for local restaurants, activities, and attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions to effectively assist guests.
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing reservations system.
