Flyper seeks a friendly Concierge Assistant for a luxury resort in Khasab, Oman. You will greet guests, provide local information, arrange dining and activities, and coordinate transport to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or activities.
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.
• Assist with luggage handling and storage.
• Maintain inventory of guest supplies and ensure they are stocked at all times.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
