Job summary

Oasis Wellness Oman is seeking an entry-level Concierge for our property in Khasab, Oman. The role requires no prior experience and English is not required, but the candidate should communicate effectively in Nepali and deliver excellent customer service.

• Nepali nationality preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Nepali; basic English is a plus.
• Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
