Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and talent development initiatives within a luxury hospitality environment (minimum 4 years).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills with ability to engage audiences at all levels.
• Highly analytical with ability to translate guest, quality, and engagement data into development solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, and able to create engaging learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs for associate growth and operational excellence.
• Champion Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA initiatives through audits and training interventions.
• Oversee onboarding, Discovery programme, and probationary follow-up processes.
• Manage leadership and talent development initiatives including management development, mentorship, cross-training, internships, and graduate programs.
• Analyze feedback and engagement data to identify training opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop annual training plans, monthly calendars, budgets, and training records.
