Core Responsibilities

• Production of Coffee Blends
• Quality Control: Dial in espresso grinders test shots and ensure every drink matches recipe standards
• Team Training: Coach new baristas on workflow, milk science and customer service
• Customer Service: Greet guests, handle complaints and share coffee and tea knowledge
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain and troubleshoot espresso machines and grinders
• Operations Support: Track inventory, manage stock levels and help run smooth shifts
• Optimize High-Volume Workflow
• Maintain lightning-fast ticket times during peak hours.
• Coordinate drink assembly lines to prevent bottle-necks.
• Adapt quickly to sudden, massive influxes of mobile and in-person orders.
• Manage Premium Coffee Quality
• Adjust grinder settings constantly to account for temperature and humidity.
