Qualifications

• 4+ years of high-volume specialty coffee experience.
• Expert knowledge of commercial espresso equipment.
• Proven ability to multitask and lead under pressure.
• Passion for educating customers on premium coffee origins.

Responsibilities

• Produce and balance coffee blends at high volume.
• Dial in espresso grinders and test shots to meet recipes.
• Coach and train new baristas on workflow and milk science.
• Greet guests, handle complaints and share coffee knowledge.
• Clean, maintain and troubleshoot espresso machines and grinders.
• Track inventory and support smooth shift operations.
• Maintain fast service times during peak hours.
• Coordinate drink assembly to prevent bottlenecks.
• Educate team on flavor profiles to upsell premium blends.
