Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control by following proper measurements and recipes for each drink.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe including workstations, equipment and dining area.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, recommending menu items and handling complaints or queries professionally.
• Receive payments from customers using cash or card transactions accurately.
• Restock inventory of supplies such as coffee beans, syrups, milk etc.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations during busy hours.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food items.
• Continuously learn about new products on the menu to better assist customers with their orders.
