Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma considered.
• 3+ years as a well control instructor at a recognized training institute.
• Extensive field experience as a Driller or Tool Pusher.
• 5+ years across drilling and workover operations.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulator training using DS 6000, DS 5000, and DS 20.
• Develop and update well control curriculum and lesson plans.
• Administer the Well Control Competency Program for D&W personnel.
• Evaluate crew readiness and emergency well control performance.
