Job summary

This role requires a strong background in fabrication and mechanical engineering, with proven experience in overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring work quality, reading technical drawings, and leading a team. Candidates with GCC experience are preferred. The position involves maintaining safety standards and problem-solving on-site fabrication issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fabrication workshop or steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, and assembly processes.
• GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication activities in workshop/site.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Allocate work to fabricators, welders, and helpers.
• Ensure work is completed as per quality standards and deadlines.
• Monitor cutting, welding, assembling, and finishing processes.

Skills
