Job summary

EDITION Hotels, located in Shura Island The Red Sea, Hanak, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee cooks and kitchen staff. You will ensure proper food presentation, portions, and garnish, while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, as well as coordinating with Food & Beverage service on menu specials and stock control.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: 4 to 6 years in hospitality or food/bev.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cooks and workers; ensure proper food presentation and portions.
• Maintain kitchen safety, stock, records, and assist with hiring and training.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage service and communicate menu specials.
