Abroad Work in Al Buraymi seeks an experienced Indian Pastry Chef to lead our pastry section and craft a range of traditional and contemporary Indian desserts. The ideal candidate has proven pastry experience, deep knowledge of Indian sweets, strong creative skills, and fluent English. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a variety of pastries and desserts according to menu specifications.
• Decorate and present pastries in an attractive manner.
• Oversee the pastry section of the kitchen, including ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory, and managing staff.
• Ensure all pastries meet our high quality standards.
• Develop new recipes and menu items.
• Train new pastry chefs and assistants.
• Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus.
