Job summary

EliteHire in Nizwa, Oman, is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to measure and map land surfaces, determine property boundaries, and provide data for construction projects. You will use GPS, total stations, and drones to collect data, prepare reports and drawings, and collaborate with engineers and architects.

A Bachelor's degree in surveying and at least 2 years of experience are required; English is essential with Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying.
• Strong mathematical skills and proficiency with surveying software.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency preferred.

Job description

We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa. As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for measuring and mapping the land's surface features to determine property boundaries and provide data for construction or engineering projects. Your duties will include using specialized equipment such as GPS to collect data and creating accurate reports and drawings based on your findings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or a related field, strong mathematical skills, and experience with surveying software. Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

As a Land Surveyor you will be expected to:

• Conduct surveys to determine land boundaries and topographical features
