Qualifications

Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Nizwa is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and creating maps and reports for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques
• Collect and analyze data to determine boundaries, elevations, and other relevant information
• Create accurate maps, reports, and sketches for construction projects
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
• Use GPS equipment to accurately measure and record coordinates
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to land surveying

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in land surveying or a related field
• Valid license or certification as a Land Surveyor
• Proficiency in using land surveying tools such as total stations, GPS equipment, and electronic distance measuring devices
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
