Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Junior Store Keeper to join the Factory Operations team in Oman. The role focuses on end-to-end store operations: receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinating logistics.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience, basic material handling knowledge, and is comfortable working with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or related store/warehouse roles.
• Intermediate to bachelor’s level education; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Arrange offloading of incoming shipments and transfer to store.
• Unpack, inspect, and verify received materials against packing lists and invoices.
• Label materials with PO numbers and store in designated racks.
• Update material receipts in the system the same day.
• Issue materials to factory per MIR and update MIR records.
• Prepare lists of leftover materials for transfer to central inventory.
• Handle packing and outbound shipments preparations.
