Job summary

Gender seeks a senior executive to oversee growth and development across its JV asset portfolio, driving integrated reviews and asset optimization. You will ensure compliance with EPSAs and JOAs while leading performance monitoring and strategic decision-making across multiple JV blocks.

The role involves managing multi-disciplinary assessments, coordinating with JV partners, IOCs, and government authorities, and guiding development plans to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, or related field is required.
• Postgraduate qualification (MSc or MBA) preferred.
• 8+ years of Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee growth and development activities across JV assets and optimize value.
• Ensure EPSAs/JOAs compliance and due diligence.
• Lead technical reviews, reserves estimation oversight, and cost controls.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing JV Growth & Development team.
• Engage with JV partners, IOCs, and government authorities on strategy.
