Job summary

OQEP is seeking a senior professional to lead multi-discipline evaluations of JV assets, applying petroleum engineering expertise to maximize value. You will represent the company in meetings, analyze performance, and develop strategies aligned with Field Development Plans and Budgets.

The role requires 10+ years in Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering, strong English skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across international locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or Geoscience or related engineering discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification (MSc or MBA) is preferred.
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline assessments for JV assets with focus on petroleum engineering evaluations.
• Represent OQEP in technical meetings with JV partners and government authorities.
• Analyze JV asset performance and drive optimization for maximal economic recovery.
• Develop alternative development strategies addressing market changes or disruptions.
• Review technical reserves estimation and reporting for JV assets.
