Job summary

• Proven track record in senior banking roles dealing with international corporate clients.
• Experience with corporate lending, credit structures, risk assessment and trade finance.
• Ability to manage international subsidiaries and multinational clients in Oman.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Network Banking business in Oman and growth of client portfolios.
• Drive revenue and profitability by acquiring new clients and expanding wallet share.
• Provide strategic direction and develop GNB teams through leadership and succession planning.
• Deliver client-centric services including account opening, credit approvals, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with HSBC's global network and product groups to connect clients with full Group services.
• Shape local strategy to align with regional and global objectives while monitoring market trends.
