Job summary

DELTA INFRALOGISTICS (WORLDWIDE) LIMITED seeks a maintenance specialist to calibrate and maintain field instrumentation and automation systems across the plant. You will troubleshoot PLC/SCADA circuits, calibrate sensors, and ensure safe, efficient operations with rigorous documentation.

You will uphold HSE standards, participate in PTW and toolbox talks, and drive reliability improvements through hands-on fault diagnosis and proactive maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Additional certification in PLC/SCADA or industrial automation is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
• Understanding of calibration procedures and industrial standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve field instruments issues.
• Knowledge about fire and gas systems (Deluge, CACP, FACP, CO2, SO2 etc.).
• Comprehensive knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as Profibus/Profinet/Modbus.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens), SCADA systems, and WE G VFDs.
• Hands-on experience in calibration and troubleshooting of field instruments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain plant field instrumentation and automation systems for reliability.
• Calibrate, test, and fault-check instruments and control circuits (PLC/SCADA).
• Troubleshoot electrical/instrumentation faults and perform repairs promptly.
• Maintain maintenance logs and calibration reports per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and permit-to-work processes.
• Collaborate with operations to improve system reliability and safety.
