Delta Infralogistics Worldwide is seeking a senior Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) lead to manage maintenance, operations, installation, commissioning and modification activities at our industrial site.

You will supervise E&I engineers, technicians and contractors, plan shutdowns, coordinate with operations and procurement, and ensure compliance with HSE policies, permits-to-work and electrical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing E&I maintenance across industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA and instrumentation.
• Supervisory experience of engineers, technicians and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Manage all Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance, operations, installation, commissioning and modification activities at the industrial site.
• Lead and supervise E&I engineers, technicians and contractors, including manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, instrumentation systems, PLC, DCS, SCADA and automation systems.
• Handle troubleshooting, instrumentation calibration, electrical distribution systems, HV substations, motors, transformers and switchgear.
• Plan and supervise shutdown maintenance, emergency breakdowns and commissioning activities to minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement teams, vendors and contractors for timely availability of spare parts, tools and technical materials.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, safety procedures and applicable electrical standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance, prepare technical reports, maintain records and ensure audit compliance.
• Manage maintenance budgets, technical specifications, procurement activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure reliable plant operations, equipment availability, quality standards and effective team performance.
