Job summary

HD Management Group LLC seeks an experienced Instrument Engineer – Maintenance & Reliability for our client in Oman. The role focuses on preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of plant instrumentation and control systems to ensure reliability and safe operation.

The candidate will troubleshoot DCS/PLC/SIS/ESD and Fire & Gas systems, perform calibration and loop checks, support shutdowns and startups, and contribute to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement while upholding HSE

Qualifications

Experience of 4–6 years inInstrumentation maintenance & reliability in process industries.
B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent.
Familiarity with DCS, PLC, SIS, ESD, and Fire & Gas safety systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant instrumentation systems.
Troubleshoot transmitters, control valves, analyzers and field instruments including pressure/ temperature/ flow/ level transmitters.
Maintain and troubleshoot DCS, PLC, SIS, ESD and Fire & Gas systems.
Calibrate instruments, perform loop checks and functional testing.
Improve instrumentation reliability and minimize plant downtime.
