Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in after-sales or installation quality management.
• Strong technical knowledge with preference for after-sales service experience.
• Proven ability to analyze data for quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation competence across the installation network through training.
• Monitor adherence to Technogym D&I Guidelines and Protocols.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance.
• Manage the Snagging Process and oversee cost allocations.
• Prepare periodic reports on Quality D&I KPIs.
