Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Engineer – Construction Excellence Specialist in Muscat, Oman to drive quality on large-scale infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on implementing QC management systems, coordinating with site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in EPC quality roles are preferred. Welding engineering experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working in quality roles within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract environments.
• Demonstrated background in welding engineering, supported by relevant training or internationally recognized courses.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain construction QC management systems on site.
• Collaborate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with QC procedures.
• Assist in planning, developing, and executing quality programs aligned with project quality plans.
• Review quality documentation, NCRs, and turnover records.
