Qualifications

• Strong investment and portfolio management skills.
• Robust analytical skills and finance knowledge.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques using Excel or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, project finance, or corporate finance concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and presentations.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end investment process including due diligence and commercial analysis.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to support investment memoranda.
• Prepare investment memoranda and invest committee papers for internal review.
• Review legal and technical documentation and coordinate with external advisors.
• Prepare reports for investors and monitor ongoing portfolio performance.
