Job summary

Oman Investment Authority in Muscat is seeking an Investment Analyst/Senior Analyst to support the end-to-end investment process for Rakiza, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, investment execution and portfolio monitoring.

You will conduct fundamental analysis of targets, build and review complex cash-flow models, assess valuation and risk, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and ESG to ensure efficient transaction delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related major.
CFA certificate preferable.
2-4 years of experience in infrastructure investment, private equity, project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or related field.
Experience across investment lifecycle from due diligence to exit.
Exposure to energy, utilities, transport, telecoms, or social infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Support investment Origination and Evaluation activities including deal sourcing and market intelligence.
Build, maintain and review financial models for infra investments with cash-flow forecasts and valuation analyses.
Manage due diligence workstreams and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and ESG teams.
Prepare memoranda and present findings to Investment Committee with supporting analysis.
Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to value-creation plans.
