Job summary

Duqm Refinery seeks a Senior Digitalization Lead to drive end-to-end digital initiatives across Muscat and Duqm operations. You will translate business needs into scalable digital products and automation, govern roadmaps, and manage vendor engagements while ensuring governance, cyber security, and benefits realization.

The role requires a strong track record in digital delivery, change management, and cross-functional leadership within an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering or related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience in digitalization/digital transformation/IT delivery.
• Experience in oil & gas or refinery environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digitalization and digital application activities with delivery goals across Muscat and Duqm operations.
• Define and govern the digitalization roadmap, demand intake and multi-year strategies in alignment with corporate standards.
• Lead digital vision and organizational change programs with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Manage the digital project/product portfolio, including business cases, KPIs and ROI realization.
