Oman OnlineConnect is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for Salalah. You will oversee all restaurant operations, lead staff, ensure high-quality service and profitability in a multicultural team.

Requirements: 5+ years as Restaurant Manager, strong leadership, excellent communication, fluency in English, knowledge of Indian cuisine, proven sales growth, and ability to work under pressure. Salary 1100 USD per month; accommodation not included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a multicultural team.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
