Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait in Al Buraymi, Oman, seeks an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a diverse team. You will train chefs to prepare authentic dishes, maintain high service standards, and ensure profitability.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of restaurant management experience in Indian cuisine, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. Arabic skills are a plus; visa sponsorship is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine including spices, cooking techniques, and cultural significance.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff members.
• Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of ingredients.
