Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to perform corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and support the Engineering team. You will advise senior staff on day-to-day issues, coordinate purchase requests, and carry out routine preventive maintenance according to the property schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing refrigeration equipment in guest rooms and outlets, logging equipment performance, and ensuring professional collaboration

Competenze

• Experience in HVAC maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to follow engineering policies and procedures.
• Good communication with senior staff and procurement processes.

• Perform corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and suggest improvements to management.
• Inform immediate senior of day-to-day problems.
• Follow up on purchase requests per Engineering department policy.
• Maintain and repair various HVAC components and refrigeration equipment as assigned.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for all HVAC equipment according to the schedule.
