Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Al Jabal Al Akhdar, Oman, is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to perform corrective maintenance and support the engineering team. The role focuses on maintaining HVAC systems, following established PM schedules, and ensuring guest comfort in a luxury resort environment.

Responsibilities include repairs, equipment checks, and logging performance data; strong adherence to safety and maintenance procedures is essential to keep systems running smoothly and service levels

Formación

• Experience performing corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Ability to follow engineering department policies.
• Capable of maintaining and reading plant logs.

Responsabilidades

• Performs corrective maintenance on HVAC systems as required and makes recommendations to management on improvements.
• Advise his immediate senior of day to day problems.
• Follow up all purchase requests as required by Engineering department policy.
• Maintains and repairs all refrigeration equipment in kitchen, rooms and outlets.
• Carrying out PPM for all the HVAC equipment in the property as per the schedule given by management.
