Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort in Oman is seeking a hands-on HVAC maintenance technician to support hotel operations. The role focuses on corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and adherence to engineering standards, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

The incumbent will work under the Engineering department and coordinate with supervisors to address daily technical challenges. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance planning, follow-up on purchase requests, and timely reporting of

• Experience in HVAC system maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ability to report issues to supervisor.

Responsabilidades

• Performs corrective maintenance on HVAC systems as required and makes recommendations to management on improvements.
• Advise his immediate senior of day to day problems
• Follow up all purchase requests as required by Engineering department policy
• Carrying out PPM for all the HVAC equipment’s in the property as per the schedule given to him by the management
