Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an experienced HVAC professional located in Al Buraymi Governorate, Oman. The candidate will manage HVAC systems, identify energy savings opportunities, and oversee project delivery while providing technical direction to project teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in BMS project commissioning are required. Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in projects environment, with extensive on-site knowledge.
• Proven track record in a BMS project commissioning.
• Knowledge of BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, OPC and other protocols.
• Awareness of Building Standard codes such as LEED, GREENMARK.

Responsibilities

• Understand overall functionality of the HVAC systems.
• Identify energy savings opportunities in buildings.
• Troubleshooting of different HVAC control loops.
• Prepare and participate in project meetings and reviews.
• Review project scope and manage schedules.
