Job summary

Wood is seeking an Expert - HSSE Culture to act as the subject matter expert on safety culture, human and organizational performance, and behavioral change. You will partner with leaders, managers, employees, and contractors to embed safety as a core value and to drive resilience across all business activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years HSSE experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading organizational culture or transformation initiatives.
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, mining, aviation, utilities, or other high‑risk industries.
• Experience designing and implementing culture assessment frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HSSE Culture Transformation Roadmap aligned with the 2030 strategy.
• Lead safety culture initiatives and organizational learning programs.
• Advise executives on culture risks and opportunities with measurable indicators.
• Governance and performance management for HSSE culture projects.
• Lead workforce engagement and contractor culture programs and campaigns.
