Job summary

TASC Outsourcing in Oman seeks a seasoned HSE Manager for a utility-scale power/renewable energy project. This senior, hands-on leadership role covers site oversight, independent auditing, and serious incident investigation on large-scale power generation projects.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years HSE experience, with 8+ years as Senior HSE Manager/Consultant, NEBOSH Diploma, and ISO 45001/ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification, to drive compliance across contractors and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HSE, or related field.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
• 15+ years total HSE experience, including 8+ years as Senior HSE Manager/Consultant on utility-scale projects.
• 10+ years incident investigation experience; capable of leading Serious Incident investigations.
• Proven HSE audit/oversight on 2+ renewable energy or Power IPP projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Serious Incident investigations and root-cause analysis.

• Drive HSE compliance, risk assessment, and safety culture across contractors and subcontractors
• Report to senior leadership/client on HSE performance, audit findings, and corrective actions
• Mentor and oversee site HSE teams and ensure regulatory/statutory compliance

Requirements
