Job summary

Hassan Allam Holding is seeking an experienced HSE professional to lead safety on our site in Muscat, Oman. The role requires implementing procedures, conducting audits, and participating in management discussions to ensure HSE excellence.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, trainings, permit reviews, risk assessments, and maintaining a strong safety culture on site. Aids in reporting and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of safety experience.
• OSHA General Industry certification.
• Adaptability to change; team player.

• Perform HSE auditing on site.
• Participate in management meetings to update on HSE matters.
• Investigate HSE incidents.
• Conduct HSE trainings and toolbox talks.
• Review and approve HSE permits.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Implement HSE Procedures on site.
• Perform HSE auditing on site.
• Participate in management meetings with the site management to keep them updated on HSE matters
• Participate in the investigations for HSE incidents
• Conduct HSE trainings & TBT
• Review and approve HSE permits.
• Implement the Hazard Reporting, Action Tracking Register and Scorecard for the site.
• Implement HSE Management Systems and procedures on site.
• Prepare Risk Assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct routine inspections related to (scaffolding / electrical / cranes etc.)
• Improve the contractors’ safety awareness.
• Inspect the fire fighting and protection equipment in the plant
• Ensure positive relation with the clients’ HSE team.
• Resolve any complaints from the client related to HSE issues.
• Update the monthly HSE scorecard.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

• 7 years of experience in safety
• HSE certifications [OSHA (General Industry + Relevant HSE Trainings
