You will manage payroll, administer the HRMS, support recruitment and onboarding, and oversee staff housing arrangements while ensuring compliance with local laws.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within hospitality.
• In-depth knowledge of HRMS systems and HR digital tools.
• Hands-on payroll management expertise.
• Experience implementing colleague engagement initiatives.
• Demonstrated organizational skills in accommodation or staff housing management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure salary disbursements are accurate and timely.
• Administer, maintain, and optimize the HRMS platform for streamlined HR workflows.
• Lead strategies to enhance colleague engagement, satisfaction, and organizational culture.
• Monitor and manage employee accommodation logistics, ensuring compliance and guest satisfaction.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide HR support and guidance to colleagues and management alike.
