Job summary

Crown e Plaza Resort Salalah, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks a Housing Attendant – Staff Accommodation to maintain safe and comfortable living spaces for team members. You will support HR initiatives, assist with onboarding, wellness programs, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security to uphold standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, hospitality experience is a plus, and strong service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or staff accommodation is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of staff accommodation facilities.
• Assist with colleague accommodation check-in, room allocation, inspections, and check-out.
• Respond promptly and professionally to accommodation requests and maintenance concerns.
• Support HR with colleague engagement activities, onboarding, wellness programs, and other HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure accommodation standards are maintained.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive living environment for all colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety standards, and environmental practices.
• Assist with general HR administrative and operational duties as required.

What do we need from you?
