Job summary

BrightMark GmbH invites applications for a Concierge at a 5-star resort in Salalah. You will greet guests, tailor itineraries, book restaurants and tours, and coordinate with departments to ensure flawless stays.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, outstanding communication skills, knowledge of local attractions, and the ability to multitask under pressure in a luxury setting. Accommodation is provided along with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and amenities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process.
• Create customized itineraries based on guest preferences.
• Make restaurant reservations, book tours/activities, arrange transportation.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of concierge desk area.

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for providing exceptional service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment? Our 5-star resort in Salalah is seeking a Concierge to join our team and assist our guests with all their needs during their stay.

As the Concierge, you will be responsible for creating personalized experiences for our guests, from making reservations at top restaurants to arranging transportation and recommending local activities. You will also be the first point of contact for any guest inquiries or issues, and will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless stay for our guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role
