Job summary

Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah is seeking a Housing Attendant – Staff Accommodation to help create a safe, comfortable living environment for our team members while supporting the Human Resources department. You will manage staff housing standards and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless colleague experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, staff accommodation, facilities, or HR support is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of staff accommodation facilities.
• Assist with colleague accommodation check-in, room allocation, inspections, and check-out.
• Respond promptly and professionally to accommodation requests and maintenance concerns.
• Support HR with colleague engagement activities, onboarding, wellness programs, and other HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure accommodation standards are maintained.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive living environment for all colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety standards, and environmental practices.
• Assist with general HR administrative and operational duties as required.

A little taste of your day-to-day

What do we need from you?
