Job summary

SmartConnect Qatar's partner luxury hotel in Muscat seeks a proactive Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue through strategic sales plans and key account development. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a plus. Egyptian or Kenyan nationality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Egyptian or Kenyan nationality preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competition within the industry
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
