Job summary

Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a Kitchen Specialist to support the Engineering Department and ensure reliable hospitality operations. You will maintain kitchen equipment and systems, address technical issues promptly, and help ensure smooth daily service across departments.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Management, with knowledge of preventive maintenance and building services.

Qualifications

• Ideally, a degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
• Knowledge in preventive maintenance programs and special projects will be valuable.
• Technical knowledge of kitchen equipment, ventilation systems, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment, or hydraulics will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent service to customers.
• Assist in the smooth operation of the Engineering Department and support other departments.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and systems and address technical issues promptly.
