Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to ensure reliability, security, and innovation of IT systems in a luxury hospitality setting. You will support the IT Manager across network operations, enterprise infrastructure, cloud and endpoint platforms, cybersecurity, and end-user support, leading a technology strategy that aligns with the brand's standards and guest experiences.

• 5+ years in IT roles with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or luxury sectors preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure across guest-facing and back-of-house environments.
• Lead IT support team to deliver high-quality service.
• Manage cloud and endpoint estate (Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune).
• Address cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with departments on tech initiatives (PMS/POS, IoT, etc.).
