The role requires experience with CMS, web analytics, and MS Office tools, coordinating with Marketing, Revenue, and PR teams to enhance the hotel’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Content Management System and improving hotel website traffic.
• Ability to generate and interpret web reports and KPI metrics.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of property content and presentation on Kempinski and third-party sites.
• Monitor and optimize the hotel website, including mobile site, for SEO and user experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue to create compelling digital offers and campaigns.
