Job summary

Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard is seeking a Host/Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team. You will greet guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure a smooth dining experience in line with brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (hospitality preferred), 1–2 years in F&B or guest service in hotels, and excellent English with a friendly, professional demeanor for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years in F&B service or guest reception, ideally in hotels.
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to tables in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage reservations, waitlists and seating arrangements.
• Coordinate table assignments based on bookings and preferences.
• Monitor occupancy and communicate availability to the team.
• Answer guest inquiries and handle special requests.
• Assist VIPs and group reservations to ensure personalized service.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and present menus professionally.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Answer calls and provide accurate information on hours and services.
• Promote dining promotions and outlet events.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and grooming standards.
