Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Hindi Quality Assurance Lead for a remote, hourly contractor role focused on overseeing quality across Hindi AI training projects. You will review Hindi content, provide precise feedback, and ensure adherence to client rubrics and documentation standards.

Join a fast-moving AI data services environment, manage trainers/QAs remotely via Discord, and help onboard contributors while driving quality improvements and process optimizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi or a related field.
• Native or near-native Hindi proficiency with strong reading and writing.
• Strong English reading/writing to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years in Hindi writing/editing/QA/translation/annotation or related language-review workflows.
• Solid understanding of Hindi grammar, Devanagari script, spelling and tone.
• Ability to evaluate content against rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation or inconsistent terminology.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers/QAs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spot-check Hindi items, identify quality issues, and provide feedback.
• Update trainers and QAs on guidelines and project changes via Discord.
• Respond to questions around Hindi grammar, Devanagari, and terminology.
• DM inactive contributors, encourage activation, and track follow-ups.
• Create and maintain Hindi documentation, style guides, trackers, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
• Run onboarding/training calls to explain workflows and rubrics.
• Ensure Hindi language guidelines are applied consistently.
• Identify recurring quality gaps and drive QA process improvements.
