Black Pearl Consult is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee the full operations of a premier spa and wellness facility in Saudi Arabia. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and driving service excellence.

The candidate will lead strategic planning, service innovation, and revenue growth while managing the spa team, scheduling, and collaboration with Marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Pre-opening experience is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in health club or hotel spa management.
• Diploma or degree in Spa Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Additional certifications in Beauty Therapy, Massage, or Wellness are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa and wellness facility, ensuring guest satisfaction and high service quality.
• Schedule facility usage to optimize operations and peak efficiency.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of spa staff.
• Prepare and monitor the annual spa budget with cost-control oversight.
• Collaborate with health and wellness professionals for specialized services or private sessions.
• Lead promotions and guest engagement strategies with the Marketing Department.
