Job summary

Shaheen Global Investments SPC in Muscat, Oman, seeks a Production Plant Head to lead the installation, commissioning, and start-up of a continuous sandwich panel line supporting PU/PIR and Rockwool production. Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in continuous sandwich panel manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience in PU/PIR and Rockwool sandwich panel production.
• Technical expertise in 5-component high-pressure foaming systems and continuous double-belt production lines.
• Previous experience in installation and commissioning of continuous sandwich panel lines is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of polyurethane chemistry, production parameters, quality control, and machine troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership experience as Production Head, Plant Manager, or Production Manager.
• Ability to independently manage production operations and build a skilled technical team.
• GCC manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation commissioning and start-up of a continuous sandwich panel production line equipped with a 5-component high-pressure PU PIR foaming system
• Oversee complete production operations for PU PIR and Rockwool sandwich panels
• Optimize machine parameters chemical consumption production efficiency and product quality
• Troubleshoot mechanical electrical foaming and production-related issues
• Plan production schedules minimize wastage and achieve production targets
• Recruit train and supervise machine operators and technical staff
• Implement quality control preventive maintenance and safety procedures
• Coordinate with machinery suppliers and technical teams during installation and commissioning
